...were the preeminent black club band in Cincinnati Ohio in the 1970s. They were known primarily for their impressive live shows, which regularly included pyrotechnics and lavish homemade costumes. Notable alumns of their rotating 7-man roster include keyboardist Gregory "Tuffy" Jackson, who went on to play with the Southern Ohio '80s funk outfit Zapp, as well as drummer Frank "Kash" Waddy, who continues to play with Funkadelic to this very day.
